My goals for years have been to increase my spirituality. improve my housekeeping and lose weight.

My action steps for 2013 are:
1. Be committed to the journey and kind to myself.
2. Daily Prayer
3. Daily journal writing
4. Daily scriptures
5. eat on schedule
6. eat at the table
7. eat on my small plate
8. eat according to South Beach
9. Exercise 60 min cardio and 30 minutes wt weekdays and Saturday
10. declutter 15 minutes every weekday
11. Something creative daily
12. Read for FUN
13 Be mindful of my family.

These are not really new. I want to put them all together. I will work to do these most of the time. I hope to see an improvement in my accomplishment during this year.
