switching it up!

So yesterday I cycled, lifted and did the elliptical and had an awesome workout! Today I did the cardio workout on the treadmill and wow did it kick my butt. No literally no buns hurt! I am glad I am switching up my workouts, it has made working out this week a lot of fun!!!
