Developing New Habits

What new habit would I like to develop? The one new habit I would love to make part of my daily existence is eating more fruits and vegetables. Currently, I may get in 2 or 3 servings per day if I'm lucky. At least 2 of those 3 servings are normally fruit. So I need to drastically increase my vegetable consumption. I'm looking for ways to make vegetables a larger part of my daily diet. I know it's important because this group of food supplies many needed nutrients. Also, if prepared properly, they can be quite filling without adding a lot of empty calories. This group of food can be a great benefit to me in accomplishing my goal on this journey.
