How I will Develop My New Habit

I previously determined that I would increase the number of servings of fruit and veggies that I eat on a daily basis. This has been a long time challenge to me. Several of my fellow dawggies gave me some great suggestions on ways to incorporate more veggies in my diet. I will surely try some of these things. Another thing I plan on doing is to always have fruit with my first meal of the day-----breakfast. This will give me some momentum for the rest of the day. From this day forward, I will do my best to get all of these servings in at least 3 or 4 times a week. Hopefully, I will work my way up to getting in the the necessary servings every day of the week.
