Staying Encouraged---5% Day 3

How am I staying encouraged and on track in developing my new habit? Staying encouraged because I know freggies are an integral part of my eating plan. I WANT to do what's best for me so I can be the best me I can be. I am determined to do whatever it takes. I stay on track by planning in advance. So far it's working. Today, I had collards, cabbage, rutabagas, orange pineapple juice, and a banana. Gonna keep on moving forward!
