Had one of my really good walks today

I walked 3 miles today which hasn't happened in a long time. I want to get back to that being my norm. It's my preferred form of exercise and without getting out to walk, I don't move around much. I'm going to start wearing my pedometer again to set goals for steps per day beyond my walk. This will motivate me to get up from the computer and move around.

    Congrats on walking the three miles. I remember the walk video you did back in September and I still view it just for the beauty of it. Keep up the great work.
