Squeezing it in!

So I've been exercising (cardio) in the morning before work at o'dark thirty (which I despise) for the last three weeks. What I've been having trouble with is squeezing my ST into my day, so today while at work, I'm setting a timer and each hour I will do 10 wall push ups. That should amount to quite a few by the end of my 10 hour work day!
