NO GYM ...this week!!

Unfortunately, I have a slight injury. I injured my heel when I first started back working out. I was running on the treadmill and it just was not good to do at that time. My heel has been hurting on and off since January. Now, the pain is getting worse and more frequent. When I wake up in the middle of the night or in the morning, I am tip toeing because it hurts so bad. I hope it is not a heel spur or that I have torn something. I am going to do my best to stay off my feet this week and give my heel a break. I bought a heel cup and some inserts for my sneakers. I am also going to by a heel support online. I hate injuries...they suck! :(
I am not going to stop working out all together, but all of my workouts will be at home this week. I will post each work out that I complete. Each will consist of not putting weight on my heel. I am excited for this challenge to find new ways to strength train and do cardio!!
