Life Gets In The Way

When talking to people about losing weight the one thing that most people say to me is "all you need is a healthy diet and exercise." It would be REALLY wonderful if that's ALL you needed. But you also need to make sure you get lots of rest, keep stress levels down AND make time for yourself.
Okay, so, let's look at how my day goes and try to figure out how I can fit in a good workout.
Let me start by saying I do have a new baby. Well, she's now 8 1/2 weeks old so she's still in the "new" category.
My day starts between 3 and 4 am. This all depends on if the baby gets up to eat at 3 or 4. Feedings normally last around an hour (I'm bottle feeding). After she's done and changed I then start getting myself ready for work. We have to be out of the house by 5:40 to take my 7 year old son and my daughter to the sitter. After dropping them off my husband and I are hopefully on the road by 6 to get to work (we work a little over an hour away). In the mornings my husband drives to work so I can catch a little nap. We normally get to work around 7 or 7:15. As soon as I get to work I hit the ground running. For breakfast I normally grab some kind of breakfast sandwich and a cup of coffee so I can eat quick since I'm usually in a meeting around 7:30 or 8. Once I'm back at my desk I'm answering emails, running reports and working on the next briefing I have to give. Around 1130(ish) I take about a 30 minute break and go for a walk around the building so I can stretch my legs and back. If I don't go for a walk I grab a quick bite and then I'm back at my desk by 12. I work until 3 or 330 (depending on if there's an afternoon meeting or if my husband can leave). We HAVE TO be on the road by 4 so we can pick up the kids between 5 and 5:15. I drive home so my husband can relax some. Once home (around 5:30/5:45) I get my son's homework started and then start dinner while my husband takes care of the baby. I can normally have dinner done by 6:45 (depending on what I'm making and how many times I have to stop to answer questions for my son). After dinner I clean up the kitchen then give my son a bath (if he needs one) then the baby a bath (if she needs one). At 8pm I read my son a bed time story and tuck him in. Most nights I keep my fingers crossed that I can have the baby fed and asleep between 830 and 9. If she goes down early enough I FINALLY sit down to watch a little tv with my husband for about an hour. If she doesn't go down early, as soon as she does go down I head to bed. I try to get to bed by 10pm if she'll let me.
Now, WHERE IN THE HELL DO I FIT IN MY EXERCISE? I know I can do better with my eating, and honestly that's not that hard. I can pack a healthy breakfast and lunch to take with me and dinner is normally something grilled anyways. But how do I fit in exercise, sleep and ME time with my schedule? I know the sleep will get better once the baby starts sleeping though the night. But unless I find a new job that pays the same that's closer to home I don't see myself being able to get a good workout in, and this is what really depresses me. I'm so tired of being FAT and out of shape, but LIFE really does get in the way.
