Walked on the treadmill because of the wind at our house. Finished my first 5K Walk in many many years in 65 minutes. My plan now is to make sure to do one 5K every month!
Happydoes sent me balloons that I pictured holding me up the last quarter mile. It is amazing what the mind can convince us we can or can't do.
Thanks to all the Sparkers who have made this site such a positive place to be.
