Day 2 of 100 Days of Weight Loss, by Linda Spangle.
Today is called "Interested or Committed?"
I found this interesting because I had never thought about it this way. I can tell that there has been time in my life that I have just been interested, but not committed.
Questions to answer.
~Decide that you will always be committed to your weight-loss plan, not just interested. Write a declaration about your new level of commitment.
I am committed to getting to my weight loss goal, even if I have times that my body fights me to hold on to the weight. I will continue to track my food and exercise.
~Now describe how you will stick with your program, no matter what.
I will continue to use Spark people and exercise. I will tweak my program when I feel it needs to be tweaked.
~Do at least one thing today that demonstrates you are truly committed. For example, take a walk or eat your vegetables - no matter what. Then write down your action so you can celebrate it.
I am committed today to track my food, and to get to Zumba class. If I can't make it to Zumba, I will spend an hour at the gym doing the elliptical and stationary bike.
