Day 3 of 100 Days of Weight Loss, by Linda Spangle
Today is called "Do it Anyway"
Sense I am not just starting my journey I am almost past this day. But I am doing it anyway. It reminds me that even if I don't "feel' like it, I need to do it anyway.
~In your diet or exercise plan, identify a task you don't feel like doing, and then do it anyway!
Exercise is the thing I waver at the most. Most days I don't have a problem in doing it, but exercise is the thing for me that I can skip and not feel bad about.
~Notice how it feels to accomplish a goal by taking a "no matter what" approach to it.
It always feels like I accomplished something, and I feel good after doing exercise. Even if it is something that I am not to excited about.
~Make a list of several actions you plan to stick with today, regardless of how you feel at the moment.

I have to fight my mind talk and do it anyway. I did talk myself out of exercising last week. So I need to be stronger about this starting today.
