Week 3 of 6

Here is the progress on my 6 week challenge this week.

Nutrition
Not a lot to report. Had to get a little creative with what was available. Rice goes a really long way.
It was hard to just workout but walking with a purpose helped. I walked to the store which is 1.5 miles away which makes it a 3 mile walk. carry bags back made good resistance. I got a good sweat on the way back.
Professional Development
I made a contact this week with someone that may help to guide me. the conversation went well. However, she said that she would call me back the next day and I haven't heard from her. I don't know the appropriate amount of time to call her back without being a pest.
I did learn that when I suck it up and make the call, I tend to have a good conversation with the person on the other end. Now just to take it a step further.
