Back Home In West Virginia and Missing My Grandsons (Pics)

Southwest Airlines got me to Arizona and back home safely. The only time I was kinda scared was when we landed the first time. I even looked out the window!!! I didn't think I could do that!! I did stress out about having to use the bathroom, though. When we made a stop in Denver, I used the bathroom and could not believe how tiny it was! I wouldn't have wanted to be any bigger than I am because I don't think I could have shut the door! The only downside of the round trip was that it took more than an hour to get our luggage and get to our car in the long-term parking lot at BWI. It was such a confusing mess outside with all the different shuttle buses! A very nice employee saw that we were lost and pointed out where we should wait. Now we're "seasoned" travelers and looking forward to flying again...when we can afford to! Actually, the prices we paid were very reasonable...$130.00 one way per person (Baltimore to Tucson).

The best part of my trip was holding my new grandson...


And seeing my 2-year old grandson again!


While in Tucson, I ate every unhealthy food I could find! We even ate at the Cheesecake Factory! Best cheesecake ever!!! I really have to get back on track again!!

My doggie, Allie, had to have surgery while we were away. She gets her cast off in a few days.


It's nice to be home...70 degrees in WV vs 108 degrees in Tucson......and its good to sleep in my own bed! But I sure miss those babies!!!!
