New goal: LBB

My sister and I are going to the Luke Bryan concert on July 27th. My new goal to work for is 183.0 by 7/27/13.

My workout schedule from now until then will be referred to as the LBB workout (Luke Bryan Body Workout).... because I need to look good for the concert ;p

It's been awhile since I've been on here...but I've been slowly (but steadily) losing weight.

I have lost 20 pounds already...and I haven't gained any of it back in the last several months. I may not be losing 8 pounds a month or even close to that...but I am making better choices foodwise and becoming more active. I'm spending less time in front of the computer and the tv and more of things that don't require sitting.

We closed on our new house 5/30/13, so we are busy fixing that up...so it's kind of nice...because I HAVE to be working on the house to get it to where we want it to be :)
