Trying Again...

I have been fighting this battle of weight loss for many years. I have lost and gained and lost and gained again and again. I need to get to a point where I am healthy and where I can maintain a weight that makes me feel good. I will get there. I am sure of that. I take one day at a time. I also have osteoarthritis and it makes exercise painful sometimes. So slow and steady is what I need. Walking is a safe method of exercise for me. I also need to watch my eating and snacking especially. I have issues with snacking late at night. I can be good with my eating all day and then at night it all get's blown away with my snacking. So that is an area I will be watching. Also I need to watch my water intake. Sometimes I do not get enough. I am making small goals and trying to stick to them.

*8-10 glasses of water daily
*No snacking mindlessly
*10,000 steps daily
*Mindful planned eating only

Hopefully if I keep to these simple goals, I will see results. As I said before, there is no time frame I have set to do this in. Just one day at a time and any loss will be a success in my book.
