12 week plan

My BLC break was a good thing for me. I love the BLC, but after 5 years, I was spending more time on the computer with my wonderful cyber friends than in my 3D life. It's time for balance.
My plan for BLC23~
#1 ~ spend more time OUT of the computer chair, no more than 30 min a couple of times each day. Bring a timer and stick to it.
#2 ~ average at LEAST 12000 steps on the fitbit per day each week. (maybe that number will be upped as the weeks go on!
#3 ~ no candy for the 12 weeks. I've done it before and I can do it again. Sugar has crept back in and I want it gone.
#4 ~ the plan is to drop 10-12# with lots of veggies and sweat!
