So I had a blood draw on Wednesday. Got the results back on Thursday. Not too bad. My liver levels have gone down by 50% since last time and are only 8 points higher than 'normal'. My overall cholesterol is a little high but not enough to be worrisome; my HDL is low; my LDL is fine. My triglycerides are too high. But all of these things should improve with continued diet changes and exercise.
My husband has agreed to have his levels checked. I told him I think he will find that he is going to have to start having a better diet. More veggies. Less meat.
