Well, this was not such a good week. I gained a little bit, which I didn't expect, since I thought I had done well (although not great) -- I figured I had lost about 1 pound. I thought I had planned out my food appropriately and got some exercise in when I was doing yardwork last weekend (my weeks are Wed-Tues). Thinking back on it, though, wasn't really very good. I expect that this Wednesday will post a maintain or a gain. My whole schedule is wonky for work tomorrow due to a massive media event, so that's not going to help ANYTHING. I need to get back to writing down my tracking. I did better when I did that.
