Update 10-28-13

I have been very hit and miss with my activity on SP. (More miss than hit, obviously.) Sadly, with homeschooling, work, and the boys' activities, I have little time for social interaction of any kind. I'm going to work on fitting that in, too, since we have a break till January with our evening activities. I have been making some slow, but notable progress. Even my hubby has started to see it. I was back up to 214, but I have slowly made my way back down to 190.8. I have changed a lot in what I do and how I eat. My knee has healed once again, so I'm fitting in more light workouts. Cutting out pop and reducing my sugar intake has helped the most. My next challenge will be to keep this up during the holidays, since that is my weakest time of year. (Pumpkin and chocolate and shortbread, oh my!)
I'm really happy that my clothes are fitting differently and that my hard work is finally noticeable. As my husband so delicately put, I'm a lot less lumpy. lol (It's totally true.)

So, there ya go. That's where I'm at. Keeping my head up and moving forward.

    Uhm, that's HUGE progress - almost 25 pounds!!!! You're doing awesome - who cares if its slow :) I've cut out sugar too (so hard!!) and its been really great - I feel a lot better. Keep it up!!!
