Man so I enjoy working out for the most part but it super sucks when I lose inches in the places that are the smaller parts of me. My waist for instance, it isn't tiny but it smaller than my bust and hips and all I want to do is lose my bust so I can wear a smaller shirt size and my pudge below my belly button so I can wear smaller pants size. Anyone have any great workouts for those areas?? Help!

    out body fat does does not let us spot reduce it. you can do toning exercises to strengthen the muscles in the area you wish to tighten, othersie keep working and eventually the fat will go away.

    I found that as I continued with just normal exercise, I eventually lost weight and inches in each area. My middle are is always first to gain and last to lose, but in the end, it came off there as well!

    The only thing that they say is exercise like walking or runnig that makes you lose where you body decides to lose. Spot exercise does not work. It will tone though
