I am planning on getting my steps by walking neighborhoods looking at the Christmas lights. I make my hot chocolate with cocoa powder, stevia and a little bit of chocolate protein powder. Lots of roasted veggies. I'm also going to try lots of self care over the holidays instead of sweets (warm baths, meditation..etc) I would love to hear your ideas or suggestions on how to get through the holidays and stay on track!
