OUTSIDER


Why does she always seem to be the one
on the outside
She has the fake smile that makes people
think every thing is okay

While in the grocery or deparment store
she avoids all the people
She goes to the gym and yes of course
she exercises all my her self

Why does she always seem to be the one
on the outside
She is loving and understanding but
doesnt seem to connect

When shes at a friends house hanging out
she sits to the side
Look at the family sitting in the livingroom
she sits in the kitchen

Why does she always seem to be the one
on the outside
She is loved by many and loves them back
but prefers it be from a distance

Whether she is the one hostessing or a guest
she will clean instead of mingle
She really doesnt like to be touched my anyone
so now they do air hugs

Why does she always seem to be the one
on the outside looking in
Wait a minute I know her I really know her
she is . . . she is
