December Goals

November is coming to a close and I am starting to think about what I want to accomplish before the new year. I have decided since I will have some time off from work and school that I have no excuse not to workout and would like to get 1000 fitness minutes that month, this month I got 500 so I think with motivation and dedication that I can do it. Here is to a new year and new beginnings and new blessings and years to come!!
