End of Semester Fitness Testing

Well the dreaded day was upon me again but I am glad to learn that I have gotten stronger! Woo hoo! I was able to do more push ups as well as sit ups. I have been gradually losing weight. I am more flexible than I was at the beginning of the semester. This is such a cool thing to see progress! Feeling like I can do this!
