December Catch Up

Hello Spark Friends! Sorry for my absence. Everyone of you know how much of a struggle this is to lose weight and love your body. It’s a daily fight. A lot has happened since the last blog I wrote in my life. Honestly what brought me back is to track my foods. Than I started seeing everyone’s comments, my old blogs and support while I was MIA. Writing about my journey really was therapuetic. Weight watchers worked for a while but it was so hard to stay “on track” and the constant feeling of having to restrict and stress out about my points.

So since February…
Had breast reduction surgery, lost my job I hated, got hired for my dream job and joined a cross fit gym. This weekend I asked help from my Crossfit coaches because I needed help. I’m going to work out, eat quality foods and listen to it. This has to be for life. Also I have about 60something days left until my wedding and I’m no where close to what I wanted to be weight wise. My fiancé took a picture of me yesterday and I cried I was so unhappy with the way I looked. Just thinking about the wedding pictures and video I know I want to feel happy with the work I put in.

Happy to hear about your new job & wedding. Hope everything went well! I haven't been on sp for much other than occasionally tracking food & getting menu suggestions.

Aw man, I can totally relate even though I'm not getting married. Are you still at the 177th? Where are you doing crossfit? I never go in Vineland but I've gone to some other ones, really liked one in Hammonton but haven't looked at any by the shore~

You are close to your goal. Happy is the only thing to think of on your wedding day. You and him. That's it. Weight is an uninvited guest.
