Having a really good morning. Went to the gym this morning and had a good work out on the treadmill. I start out with a slow work for about 3 minutes, and then each three minutes I increase the incline until I get to 10, and then I drop down again each 3 minutes, until I get to 30 minutes, and then I do a cool down for 10 minutes. Making it a 40 minute workout on the treadmill.
Getting ready to make some chili in the crockpot for dinner tonight. I am trying a new recipe, instead of using hamburger, I am trying it with ground turkey.
I weighed myself this morning(I know said I wouldn't weigh in a month). I just had to find out, and one of my teams is doing a weight loss challenge for January.
I have lost 4 pounds this week. Feeling good, and knowing that I can do this.
