I am being accountable! I keep a weight-loss. Recording my journey helps me develop a plan to fit my lifestyle goals, remain on track and show the daily progress I am making!!!

    keep moving forward...it's a journey...
    as I remember my goals of health and fitness the
    food seems to get in line - especially when I am willing to
    "do the work"...and although it will always be work for
    me to log my food and stay honest...it's a small price to
    pay for physical, mental, & spiritual well being.
