Cutting out the empty foods, exercise for 10 ,I mutes, take the's easier to just sit, sleep and eat what tastes good. (Big sigh..)

    Isn't that the truth. Work on one good habit at a time. Start with the exercise. Develop a routine. When you don't have to think about it work on another one. Don't let yourself get overwhelmed and feel like it is impossible.
