To Eat or What Not to Eat!

To all of those that are struggling with their weight and are looking for advice on what to eat. Please be aware to get your info from a qualified coach or consultant. I am a Coach qualified to review your current plan and can help you make healthier food choices and substitutions and help you get on track, but I can not create a detailed meal plan for you. That
would be outside my scope of practice. If a detailed plan is what you need then you should consult with a certified Dietitian or Nutritionist.

Sure there are tones of plans out there but what works for one may not work for another. We are all different. That's why there are so many "Diets" out there that don't work.

I feel confident and qualified enough to let you know that healthy eating habits are crucial to weight loss success. So if you know you can't do it alone, don't be afraid to admit it to yourself then seek professional direction from a qualified source. Not your friend or neighbor that thinks just because they lost a bunch of weight they can help you do the same. It's not that simple.
