I agree with the other posts...I would suggest setting a few attainable goals..and not focusing too much on the scale but how you feel. Like, Wow I feel great after that workout or hey I just ate a really healthy breakfast yay for me. And feed on those accomplishments. You can do whatever you set your mind to!! 2557 days ago
Just try to take it day by day - that's all you can do. If you made mistakes - forgive yourself. If you went off course - do the best you can to get back on track. You can do this, every day is a new opportunity to succeed!!! Don't beat yourself up too much, you're only human....
I've been there, bought tha t-shirt and it is not a comfortable fit!! The best advice I can give is, wake up tomorrow morning and start over, new goals, a re-worked plan, and MOVE FORWARD!!!! Never stay where you are today-it will pass and you will learn much from it!!! Let the goals you set be realistic ones, of course.
