As I go through this journey of weight loss, I read a lot. I am looking for a honest answer about protein. Looking at what I eat and the protein I get do I need a protein powder? Thank you, Debbie
May 1st, I did some reading, I am under what they recommend. Could this hamper my weight loss? That they don't tell me but enough protein is a energy source, I am increasing my exercise, is it a good idea then to add the protein powder, at this point I think I will, I have a smoothie a day I can put it in there.
