BLC 25 Fitness test

This round we are doing a fitness test and will record our results weeks 1, 6 and 12. I had done this test a while back and it has helped keep me on track before. But it is another of those things that has fallen by the wayside.
But I am glad that we are doing this. It will help to motivate me to get moving and get back with the ST.
I am happy to say that the numbers were not near as bad as I thought they would be. I have been such a slacker lately.
Here's to a good round and making those better over the next 12 weeks!
