Today was a messed up kind of day. I only worked until 10am, then went to my daughter's school to deal with kindergarten registration. After that, we had lunch together at home and she went back to daycare so I could take my mom to get a pedicure. It was her bday present, she's never had one...
Breakfast started out normal:
Turkey and some strawberries to start my busy work day (cramming 7.5 hrs into 2.5 was a challenge)
Breakfast total: 116 calories, 10 carbs, 2 fat, 15 protein
Lunch at home:
Pork chops, Caesar salad, tomatoes
Lunch total: 410 calories, 20 carbs, 16 fat, 44 protein
Snack:
After leaving the pedicure, my mom went through DD drive thru where we each got a small coffee coolata. I didn't have my phone on me, but will cop to drinking almost the entire thing. I also ate one regular stuffed oreo.
Snack total: 453 calories, 57 carbs, 25 fat, 3 protein
(Spark estimates 400 calories for a small coolata. Sadly, I'm guessing that's probably right and I'm figuring I should've gone with my mocha/almond with skim milk)
Dinner:
Turkey burger with cheese and buffalo sauce, roasted sweet potato (MMM)
Dinner total: 367 calories, 39 carbs, 11 fat, 30 protein
At my sisters this evening, she offered me this:
At 100 calories for 4 pieces, I figured it was worth a try...
Unfortunately, I found it pretty gross and only ate 1 piece
After dinner total: 25 calories, 3 carbs, 1 fat, 0 protein
Daily total:
1371 calories
129 carbs (still trying to keep under 100)
55 fat
93 protein
I will caution that while I managed to keep towards the low end of my range today, and while the coolata filled me up, this is NOT how I want to be getting 25% of my daily calories and I'm rather disappointed with my decision. That said, I have no other snacking cravings tonight! SCORE!
