Good evening everybody. Today was great food-wise, probably because I'm in the middle of a big project at work and classes started back up for me, so I'm too busy to snack much. On the downside, I've barely had time to remember to drink water too, so I'm trying to still get in 6 cups before bed. eek.
Turkey and yogurt
Breakfast total: 169 calories, 13 carbs, 2 fat, 27 protein
I went for a walk with a colleague at lunch, so I scarfed most of this while simultaneously working. I had leftover turkey burger and sweet potato and was actually so hungry by the end of my walk, that I forgot to take a pic. So here's last night's photo:

Lunch total: 474 calories, 64 carbs, 12 fat, 33 protein
Totally forgot my snack today...
Broccoli and cheddar omelet (didn't come out as pretty as my daughters did) and bacon
Dinner total: 389 calories, 6 carbs, 26 fat, 29 protein
After dinner snack: (cause I need more calories and cause I'm sure I'll get snacky later)
Some weird cranberry/oat bar my sister gave me and sugar free jello with pineapple (do you think this counts as a fruit, I do).
Snacks: 230 calories, 24 carbs, 7 fat, 4 protein
6 freggie servings!, Now off to try and get those 6 more glasses of water in!
