I am down 8 pounds in four weeks thanks; to tracking my food and exercise and sparks..I know if I keep the goals in front of me and yes I look at them everyday. that I can and will do this. the right way the right time. I even have a plan on for how to keep it off...
I am so glad I am back with sparks.. I see these adds on tv for how to lose weight and the only thing close to sparks is WW but than when you lose the weight, than what that is where I had gotten before three times total.
to me sparks is the one and only option it not only allows me the ability to count everything I eat it gives me so many other tools to help in my weight lose. than it gives me ways to maintain my weight once I get it off... so glad a friend referred me to this site..
