I'm back on track for the umpteenth time, but you only lose when you completely give up, right?
This month is looking good for weight loss. I just hope I can keep it up and make a good difference over the coming months. I plan to. I plan to. I have good foods in the kitchen and no trigger foods around. I am wearing my Fitbit and know when I have a slow day (like today, but work and after hours meetings kept me chained).
Tomorrow is a day I know I will have good physical activity built in.
So off I go again....
