For the next twelve weeks I want to concentrate on strength training. I want to get into the habit of doing it at least 3 days a week for a start. I am in the habit of walking 5 days a week and riding the bike 3 days a week so I know that I can do it.
I also have to start the habit of using WW's tracker instead of or in addition to SP.
