Blc expectations for myself

So what do I want to accomplish this round? I want to lose 12 pounds as compared to the six I pledged this time. I want to get in my 8 cups a day...so far so good on that one! I also want to increase my strength training...I don't do any strength training when it's not part of the challenge. Finally, I want to aim for perfect scores at least half of the weeks for the wec...finally succeeded last round in getting a couple perfects and it felt great!
