Exercise/time: soccer-5 min; volleyball-30 min; wiffle ball-30 min.
One thing I am grateful for today: I am grateful for the youth of my church. They are a great bunch of kids that I have enjoyed spending time with.
Tomorrow I will work to improve: Getting back on track and setting up a workable schedule. I have been stressed and stretched all week last week. I need to set up a workable schedule that allows me some time to rest and to plan ahead for meals.
