October Challenges Continue

I started a new challenge for our great Lemon Team and so far:
Wk # 1 -- plan menus (planned & stuck to 7 days)
Wk # 2 -- 40 flights of stairs (did 48 stairs & 5 days menus)
Adding:
Week # 3 -- 20 miles (got 18 1/2 miles & 60 stairs & 5 days menus)
Adding:
This week # 4 -- log every bite
--cut down on coffee
This week will challenge my honesty for sure....it means getting out the food scale and measuring cups!
