Got my "seated" exercises done, my knee is feeling better, doesn't hurt much at all, but I'm not going to chance it like I did before and hurt it again. I'll stay calm and let it heal more. Maybe a week more and I'll try it again. In the meantime it's 1/2 hour of seated with weights, I'm hoping I get the same benefit as the walking/aerobic exercises I normally do.
Halloween's tomorrow, anyone doing anything for this holiday? I always forget to have someone take my photo when I have my costumes on each year. I've dressed up a lot of times, but never have a picture of it. Rats, I regret that now. Had an old old one of my headless person, but have no clue where that went to. Oh well, I just love Halloween, wish I had a party to go to this year, though. Anyone out there doing anything special for Halloweeen?

Some of the food (we had 2 long tables worth, most Halloween themed). These are the giant fingers (bread sticks with a pepper nail; Chips in a coffin; carrot eyes; mummy (hot dogs in crescent rolls):

We had barely any food leftover, and had Chili and BBQ as the main dishes, but there were lots of good food available.
