There are times that I just want to do nothing but I just can't so when I do have time I exercise and read the Bible or do my homework from our Ladies Bible study class. But most of the time I would just love to stay in bed and sleep but my body can't do that cause I hurt and it wakes me up and I have to walk or just get moving some how. To me if you don't move that means that your dead.

The wanting to stay in bed and sleep probably means you have depression. However, getting up and moving does help those muscles that are cramping up and hurting. A person that doesn't move is either dead or pretty close to death. I have had to turn people at night in the nursing home since they can no longer turn themselves over. Pretty sad when their muscles are so wasted that they can't move for themselves any more.

You are learning some valuable life lessons. God continues to teach us each day and as we grow spiritually we grow closer to Him. Growing closer to God is the most important thing we can do on this earth. Thank you for sharing and I pray that your pain will end. emoticon
