Just stuff!

I swear I'm losing my mind, I keep thinking I have the city council meeting tomorrow; now watch me show up at the building and wait for them to open the doors. *L*

Everyone's going to be gone this weekend, deer hunting season, you know, so it'll just be my grandpuppy and myself. Friday I have that giftwrapping fundraiser, so I'll be gone part of the time, but it'll be fun. I love to gift wrap. I hope we raise quite a bit, I know it won't be a fortune, but like I always say, every little bit helps.

My husband took the solar cover for the pool downstairs, and I KNEW he was going to hang it right in the middle of where I set up the "living room" instead of under the stairs where I wanted him to put it. I swear that man never listens to me!! Now I have to move it over to the other side of the basement. I wanted to have our daughter's bridal shower down there, and I can't when he does stuff like that, so frustrating sometimes, but I love him anyways...I'll just consider it more exercise for me..kind of like when I had to move the tubing he'd hung up in THE SAME AREA. I would have thought he'd gotten the hint after I'd moved them and told him why ARRRRGGGHHHH!!! *L*

My sister-in-law decided to have thanksgiving at their house (again) ON Thanksgiving (gee thanks) instead of the day before. We'd planned on having the kids over for Thanksgiving day, but that blows that. Now we haven't got a day to have our Thanksgiving. Oh well...have no clue what to do now.

Saturday I'm hoping our daughter and I will be able to go to Mom's to make lefse like we did last year with my aunt and Mom, that was fun.

Well I hope you all have a wonderful day tomorrow, and remember, if I'm not here, it's because I'm so busy. Have a great day!

    love the winter whites =)

if you ever do get the DH to listen you must share your secret -- as I sure there are many of us out here that have the same problem.

As an ARMY brat we got into the habit of having holidays whenever we had time together as a family -- sometimes that meant they were months away from the normal date. From what I've learned about you so far, you are quite able to make any day a special day and be thankful at the same time =)

    wishing you the best.

you can have Thanksgiving day at sisters house but thanksgiving breakfast at your house. so you can get the kids over in the morning time.
Enjoy the rest of your week.
