I haven't been recording everything I eat very well, yet. It seams I get so busy living and doing things that it's not always easy to record everything. I think I need to get myself better organized. Maybe a little note book in my bag would help. I don't do the cell phone computer app stuff. So I need to find a way to keep track and keep trying.

    i do my log up to a week ahead of time, allowing myself a bit of wiggle room in case I want to have something that I did not plan on and then enter it in on the right day

    I always do my foods on spark's food tracker ahead of time and then change each day as it comes...easier for me to do that than start from scratch each day but I do a lot of repetitious eating of same foods so it is easy.

    But, I will say, tracking is a GREAT tool for staying accountable to yourself. emoticon
