Trying to find balance...

Saturday we had my niece's bday party. I had too much wine. Sunday I ended up not working out. My husband is on work trip this week so even harder to get in workouts. But last night after putting my 3 year old to bed I squeezed in 2.25 mile run. My weekly goal is 17 so I just need to do 1.5 tonight.
I'm trying to be realistic and not expect to lose weight this month but I just want to make sure I do not go over my weight range (113 - 118). Today I'm at 117 which I know is higher end due to junk I've eaten past few days. So I'm going to focus on eating well and squeezing in a workout when possible. My husband has a work party on Friday so I'm hoping to debloat for that!
