Beat A Number numbers

I am making progress. There are days that I feel like I'm not getting anywhere. I keep track of days, miles, minutes spent fitness walking &/or running. Proof that I am making progress.
As of today those miles have added up. I'm looking at the amazing mountains of Wyoming on a virtual trip across the USA that started in Virginia. It is a virtual trip but every step is real. The minutes and the miles are really adding up each day I put one foot in front of the other.
I have the monthly totals going back through 2011. I try to "Beat A Number" every month. The yearly totals are fun for comparisons!
2014 beat my old record from 2012 for amount of days by one day.
I put on LOTS of miles/minutes in 2012. Those numbers stand in the first place spot. But 2014 moved into second place beating my numbers for 2011 and last year.
This year 2014, I covered the largest amount of miles in December. December tied for highest amount of days for the year with October and July. I completed the most minutes in October and July. December came in third place for minutes. All of that tells me that I got faster and covered more miles in less time during December. The numbers are posted for 2014.
