Oldies but goodies.

Late entry but had a wonderfully busy, productive day. Workout this morning was a bit old school. Kathy Smith Matrix Method Ultimate Sculpt. A bit different but could be effective if you can get through Kathy's high pitched squealing like a ditzy blond teenager throughout the workout. It got so bad towards the end that I was embarrassed for her as even her guest trainers started to seem a bit annoyed. I still love her but she needed to calm down in this one.
And speaking of old school, I'm re-reading (listening) to Burn The Fat Feed the Muscle and I still so love Tom Venuto. We had a slight falling out a few years ago when he was making jokes about the Paleo diet but I forgave him
. That book was my body bible during my initial and most dramatic transformation and now that it's an audiobook (finally!!!) I'm going back through it both for knowledge and motivation.
I'm also going through a cleaning and organization jag in my house and it's wonderful. It's almost like I'm nesting!! I'm loving it. It's about time too because my house was starting to look like an episode of Hoarders
. I joined a couple groups here on Spark People to help keep me motivated and I'm starting my Flylady routines again. CHAOS no more
