Start BLC Week 1

I've come to realize I need my BLC friends! I need the push it gives me, I need the fun and I need the motivation. Yup! I can do it on my own but when I hit that annoying plateau for 7 months and need help pushing through I'm glad I have my BLC friends to keep pushing me, giving me advice and never knocking me down.
This week is going to be amazing. Tracking all food I eat, making healthy meals, planned exercise at home and at the gym, meeting my fitbit goals and drinking lots of water and not drinking pop! Saying no to fast food too (never usually go anyway but making sure I add that in there!)
My plan this week is:
Wednesday- "rest" day normally but I switched it with the previous day since I had a migraine. Instead I'm going to do Zumba at home and some ST.
Thursday- Gym day with ST, and Morning workout: TABATA DIE! at home
Friday- 5k- Gym on treadmill or home on bike (depends on weather)
Saturday- Weekend challenge, workout at home with 21 day fix workout
Sunday- Morning workout: Weekend challenge, workout at home with 21 day fix workout and Zumba
Monday- Morning Workout: Monday Maneuvers, whole deck at home
Tuesday- Gym, LCW
Calorie range: 1400-1800. Going to pay close attention to making sure my calories are balances and not going over in carbs. Find a new recipe to make this week to keep things interesting and yummy! Lots and lots of veggies!
I need to buy more protein powder but I'm going to wait until after I schedule my personal trainer session this week for advice on what kind.
I'm going to write in my journal my positives for the day everyday this week.
