Day 18

Today started out with a great 3 mile outdoor walk with my BFFs! It was nice to walk outside again...it has been awhile. We also planned an indoor walk together tomorrow, and outdoor walks for Saturday and Monday. I am SO proud of us girls! We all need this.
Not enough sleep and poor planning caught up with us today! We grabbed pizza for lunch because we had gone too long without eating. Then we came home and snuggled on the couch, and I fell asleep until 7. I woke up really lethargic and not feeling well, so nothing for dinner tonight. Now I am way under on calories, but over on sodium and fat for the day! Not surprising that I feel so yucky.
No second workout means I'm not as thirsty today, but I think I will still meet my goal. It was hard to keep track because DH and I were sharing water bottles all day, but I think I am at 7 servings now, with at least 3 more to go before bed. It's become a habit again! I drink it all without thinking about it.
It's no wonder that I poop'd out today...I haven't gotten a good night's sleep in days. I guess taking a nap was just as healthy for me as getting in a second workout would have been! I probably could have stayed out for the rest of the night. I'm going to hit the hay early tonight and try to get caught up on my sleep. Tomorrow is a busy day for this Mama!
My motivation board is up...so, LET THE PINNING BEGIN! I will post a pic of it once it is not so empty. Now I want to find another one to paint for my BFF, so that gives me an excuse to stop at Goodwill this week. I want to find her a couple LS videos as well.
My plan for tomorrow is get up early enough to have a REAL breakfast, that way if lunch gets pushed late again we won't have to stop for something. I am also responsible for dinner tomorrow, so I need to plan something easy. And I need to make-up the ST video too! Busy, busy.
